RESPONSIBILITIES 崗位職責(zé):

· Responsible for coordinating and managing the work of the washing center

負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)場(chǎng)洗消中心的管理及協(xié)調(diào)工作

· Responsible for coordinating and managing the work of the material transfer center

負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)場(chǎng)物資中轉(zhuǎn)中心的管理及協(xié)調(diào)工作

· Responsible for coordinating and managing the work of the BP transfer center

負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)場(chǎng)豬只中轉(zhuǎn)中心的管理及協(xié)調(diào)工作

· Responsible for coordinating and managing the work of the lab

負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的管理及協(xié)調(diào)工作

· Responsible for bio-security execution and supervision within relevant fields

負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)崗位內(nèi)的生物安全執(zhí)行及監(jiān)督

· Responsible for managing farm external relationships (with neighbors and local government) and issuance of quarantine tickets

負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)場(chǎng)外圍公共關(guān)系（周邊村民及當(dāng)?shù)卣P(guān)系）的維護(hù)及檢疫票的開具

· Ensure the service centers to provide daily services for the farm, like truck wash and disinfection, BP transfer, materials disinfection, sample detection etc.

確保農(nóng)場(chǎng)外圍的各服務(wù)中心為農(nóng)場(chǎng)做好日常服務(wù)工作，如進(jìn)場(chǎng)車輛洗消，副產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)，進(jìn)場(chǎng)物資消毒，樣品檢測(cè)等

· Provide support and services for the operation and management of farm, breeders transportation, and BP transportation

為農(nóng)場(chǎng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、種豬運(yùn)輸、副產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸?shù)裙ぷ魈峁┲С趾头?wù)

· Maintain the biosecurity environment around the farm, such as regular inspection of the surrounding breeding environment, handling the backyard farms, and reducing the risk after bio-security incidents such as the street market and slaughtering pigs

維護(hù)好農(nóng)場(chǎng)周邊的生物安全環(huán)境，如定期巡查周邊養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境，村民家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)關(guān)系的處理，集市、殺豬等生物安全事件后的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)減除等

· Responsible for production safety and personnel health and safety in the area outside the farm

負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)場(chǎng)外圍所管轄區(qū)域的生產(chǎn)安全及人員健康安全

· Responsible for training and manage HR items outside the farm

負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)場(chǎng)外圍工作人員的人力資源培訓(xùn)及管理

· Responsible for budget planning and implementation and Capex procurement outside the farm

負(fù)責(zé)農(nóng)場(chǎng)外圍所管轄區(qū)域的財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算制定及實(shí)施以及固定資產(chǎn)的采購(gòu)
